Every audit of a website uses one credit, whatever the result.
Credits you buy, whether a pack or a top-up, stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel a subscription.
Monitoring gives you 5 fresh credits each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over, but your purchased credits are always used last, so they are never wasted.
Need more in a busy month? Anyone can top up at £3 per extra credit, on any plan.
Pricing questions
Is the first audit really free?+
Yes. Every website can be audited once for free, with no card required. After that, auditing the same website again uses a paid credit.
Do my credits expire?+
Credits you buy (a Pay As You Go pack or a top-up) never expire. The 5 monthly credits included with Monitoring reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. When you run an audit, monthly credits are always used before your purchased ones, so your purchased credits are preserved.
What is the automated monthly audit?+
With a Monitoring subscription, you can set a website to be audited automatically once a month. The report is emailed to you, and it uses one of your 5 monthly credits. You can turn it on or off anytime from your dashboard.
Can I audit the same website more than once?+
The free audit is one per website. With any paid credit (purchased or monthly) you can audit any website as often as you like, including repeats.
What happens if I cancel Monitoring?+
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid month, then stops renewing. Any unused monthly credits end with the subscription, but your purchased credits remain in your account.
Do you offer refunds?+
If an audit fails to produce a report, the credit is automatically returned. A completed report uses its credit regardless of the score, since the report is the service. For billing errors, contact hello@totalprice.co.uk.
